Nothing in 7-13-3034 through 7-13-3039 permits the repayment of a loan to the reserve fund at any time unless all interest accrued on the bonds has been fully paid and all principal agreed to be paid in accordance with the redemption schedule as may be provided in the resolution or resolutions authorizing the bonds has been paid.
