Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-13-2311. Designation of fund depositary

The board of directors shall designate a depositary or depositaries to have the custody of the funds of the district, all of which depositaries shall give security sufficient to secure the district against possible loss and shall pay the warrants drawn by the auditor for demands against the district under such rules as the directors may prescribe.
