Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-12-4171. Treatment of corner lots for purposes of assessment

For the purposes of special assessments levied against property as provided in this part through part 45, when assessments for improvements on both sides of a corner lot are determined in proportion to the lineal footage, the frontage of a corner lot in a platted block is the average of the two abutting sides.
