Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-1-4146. Reports of departments, boards, and authorities

(1) All departments, boards, and authorities shall file an annual report with the chief executive, who shall compile the reports and present them to the governing body.

(2) The chief executive may specify the form, content, and deadline for filing reports.
