Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-8-2606. Bond to insure performance of agreement

As a guarantee for the faithful performance of the agreement, the purchaser shall be required to furnish a bond, with sufficient securities, to the county in an amount equal to at least 20% of the estimated value of the timber sold.
