Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-13-2511. Prohibition on operation of cable TV systems

A television district organized under Title 7, chapter 11, part 10, or the former provisions of this part may not perform any acts or take any steps to construct or operate community antenna systems, commonly known and referred to as cable TV systems.
