Montana Title 69. Public Utilities and Carriers § 69-4-357. Prohibition on reinstallation of overhead facilities

Once removed, no overhead electric or communication facilities shall be installed in a special improvement district for conversion of overhead electric and communication facilities, except as authorized by this part.
