Montana Title 69. Public Utilities and Carriers § 69-1-221. Staff of consumer counsel

The consumer counsel may, with the approval of the committee, appoint employees and consultants necessary to carry out the provisions of this part and part 2 of chapter 2, within the limits of legislative appropriation.
