Montana Title 61. Motor Vehicles § 61-3-112. Motor vehicle division administration state special revenue account

(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the motor vehicle division administration account.

(2) Administrative fees collected on behalf of the motor vehicle division pursuant to 61-3-111 must be deposited in the account.

(3) Fees collected pursuant to 61-3-321(2) and (7) are deposited in this account.
