The department of transportation shall report to the governor and the legislative fiscal analyst no later than November 1 of the year preceding a regular session of the legislature regarding emergency medical services grants that are awarded during each biennium. The report must be provided in an electronic format and include a listing of all grant requests and a listing of grants awarded, including a summary of the use of grant funds. The department shall provide a copy of the report to the legislature in accordance with 5-11-210.
