Employees designated or appointed as peace officers under 61-10-154 or 61-12-201 may make arrests for violations of the following statutory provisions:
(1) chapters 3 and 5 of this title, but only if the vehicle involved is subject to 61-10-141;
(2) chapter 10 of this title;
(3) part 3, chapter 4, of this title;
(4) 15-24-201 through 15-24-205;
(5) Title 15, chapter 70, part 4;
(6) 61-10-154 and safety rules adopted under that section; and
(7) Title 69, chapter 12.
