(1) Those divisions of the department that have programs for the provision of vocational rehabilitation services may share administrative personnel, operations, and policies in order to ensure uniform administration necessary under the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. 701, et seq., as may be amended.
(2) This section applies to all programs and services in Title 53, chapter 7, administered by the department with funds provided under the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. 701, et seq., as may be amended.
