Montana Title 53. Social Services and Institutions § 53-4-1003. Establishment and administration of program

The department of public health and human services may establish, administer, and monitor a program to provide health care to uninsured children. The department may not use money appropriated for this program to expand eligibility criteria for the Montana medicaid program.
