Montana Title 53. Social Services and Institutions § 53-2-1219. Special revenue account

There is a state special revenue account to the credit of the department for use in the incumbent worker training program that may be spent subject to appropriation by the legislature. Money must be deposited in the account from funds that are available for incumbent worker training.
