Montana Title 52. Family Services § 52-6-105. Funding

<Section repealed effective Oct. 1, 2024 by Laws 2023, ch. 62, § 7.>

Twenty percent of the operational costs of a battered spouses and domestic violence program must come from the local community served by the program. The local contribution may include in-kind contributions.
