Montana Title 52. Family Services § 52-2-616. Power of nonprofit corporations to establish homes and to receive facilities and funds

Nonprofit corporations or associations may be formed or organized for the purpose of establishing youth care facilities or to provide community-based services and to receive from the department and other governmental units such services, facilities, training, and funds as the department or other governmental units may be authorized by law to provide.
