Montana Title 50. Health and Safety § 50-74-212. Payment of costs resulting from refused access

The owner, engineer, or manager of any boiler who has refused access resulting in a department order must pay all transportation and hotel expenses of the inspector who makes the inspection directed by such order in addition to the inspection fee provided by law.
