Montana Title 50. Health and Safety § 50-73-307. Operator to make and preserve record of all injuries

An operator of a coal mine or the operator's agent shall make and preserve for the information of the department, upon uniform blanks furnished by the department, a record of all injuries sustained by any employees on the premises.
