Montana Title 50. Health and Safety § 50-15-303. Certificates of dissolution of marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage

Before the 10th day of each month, the clerk of the court shall prepare and forward to the department a certificate for each decree of dissolution of marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage that became final during the preceding calendar month. Certificates must be on forms prescribed by the department.
