Montana Title 5. Legislative Branch § 5-11-207. Description of county boundaries included in session laws

The legislative services division shall include in the published session laws a description of the county boundaries of any new counties of the state created by petition and election, commencing with counties created after January 1, 1921, by inserting in each set of session laws new counties that have been created since the publication of the laws of the previous session.
