Montana Title 41. Minors § 41-1-306. Minor may not disaffirm certain obligations

A minor may not disaffirm an obligation, otherwise valid, entered into by the minor under the express authority or direction of a statute or when the minor has been granted limited emancipation, including a specific right to enter into contracts, under 41-1-503 and 41-3-438.
