Montana Title 39. Labor § 39-51-405. Signatures required on warrants

All warrants issued for payment pursuant to 39-51-403 or 39-51-404 shall bear the signature of the treasurer and the countersignature of the commissioner of labor and industry or an agent authorized for that purpose.
