Montana Title 39. Labor § 39-51-104. Chapter to become inoperative if federal act becomes inoperative

If Title III or Title IX of the federal Social Security Act is declared unconstitutional or in any way becomes inoperative, then this chapter shall terminate and cease and have no force and effect as of the date when said title or titles of said act are declared unconstitutional or become inoperative.
