Montana Title 39. Labor § 39-3-507. Prayer for relief

If the complaint described in 39-3-506 is filed by the county attorney upon the county attorney's own motion or at the request of the commissioner of labor and industry, the complaint must request that relief be had against the employer for greater security for the payment of salaries and wages of the employees.
