Montana Title 39. Labor § 39-2-407. Duty to account

An employee shall, on demand, render to the employer as often as may be reasonable just accounts of all the employee's transactions in the course of service and shall, without demand, give prompt notice to the employer of everything that the employee receives for the employer's account.
