The board may hire or contract for other professional, technical, or clerical staff as necessary to operate the registry. A contractor shall comply with the provisions regarding confidentiality of prescription information in 37-7-1505 and 37-7-1506 and is subject to the penalties specified in 37-7-1513 for unlawful acts.
