Montana Title 37. Professions and Occupations § 37-19-905. Arrangements provided by survivors

The provisions of 37-19-903 and 37-19-904(1) do not prevent the decedent's survivors, in the order listed in 37-19-904, from pursuing, at their own expense, meaningful services and making arrangements for funeral services that do not conflict with the decedent's instructions for disposition made in accordance with 37-19-903 and 37-19-904(1).
