Montana Title 37. Professions and Occupations § 37-11-106. Application and administration of topical medications--prescription, purchasing, and recordkeeping requirements

Topical medications dispensed under this section must comply with United States food and drug administration packaging and labeling guidelines.

(4) Appropriate recordkeeping is required of a physical therapist who applies or administers topical medications as authorized in this section.
