Montana Title 35. Corporations, Partnerships, and Associations § 35-17-404. Requisites for filing

Such agreements shall be eligible for filing for record without being acknowledged before a notary public or other officer or without any affidavit of good faith or other formality but shall be signed by the member of the association and in the name of the association by a duly authorized officer of the association, and the corporate seal of the association shall be affixed.
