Montana Title 33. Insurance and Insurance Companies § 33-30-311. Insurance producer

A person who, for compensation, solicits membership in a prepayment health service plan offered by a corporation subject to the provisions of this chapter is an insurance producer of that corporation and is subject to the provisions of 33-2-708 and Title 33, chapter 17.
