Insurers and health service corporations transacting health insurance business in this state shall make available, under group insurance policies or certificates and under group hospital and medical service plan contracts, benefits for home health care. Applicants for a group policy, certificate, or contract may select any level of benefits that may be offered by the insurer or service plan corporation.
