(1) The association may recommend an individual to serve as a special deputy to act for the commissioner and under the commissioner's supervision in the liquidation, rehabilitation, or supervision of any member insurer.
(2) The liquidator, rehabilitator, or supervisor of any impaired or insolvent insurer may notify all interested persons of the effect of this part.
