Montana Title 32. Financial Institutions § 32-7-110. Fees

(1)(a) An applicant for licensure shall pay an initial license fee of $350. The annual license renewal fee is $100. The department may direct that fees charged by the department under this section be remitted to the department through a nationwide licensing system as provided in 32-7-112.

(b) The license year for an escrow business license is January 1 through December 31 and all licenses expire annually on December 31.

(c) A licensee may be charged an examination fee based on the actual costs of the examination.
