Montana Title 30. Trade and Commerce § 30-11-601. Factor defined

A factor is an agent who, in the pursuit of an independent calling, is employed by another person to sell property for that person and is vested by the person with the possession or control of the property or authorized to receive payment for the property from the purchaser.
