Upon the violation of any of the provisions of 30-14-205 through 30-14-214 or 30-14-216 through 30-14-218 by any business, the department may institute a proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction for the forfeiture of the business's charter, rights, franchises or privileges, and powers exercised by the business and to permanently enjoin it from transacting business in this state. If in the proceeding the court finds that the business is violating or has violated any of the provisions of 30-14-205 through 30-14-214 or 30-14-216 through 30-14-218, the court shall enjoin the business from doing business in this state permanently or for a period of time that the court orders or the court shall annul the charter or revoke the franchise of the business.
