Montana Title 28. Contracts and Other Obligations § 28-1-1101. Extinction of obligation by full performance

Full performance of an obligation by the party whose duty it is to perform it or by any other person on that party's behalf and with that party's assent, if accepted by the creditor, extinguishes it.
