Montana Title 27. Civil Liability, Remedies, and Limitations § 27-9-103. Filing and costs--district court

The statement must be filed with the clerk of court in which the judgment is to be entered, who shall endorse upon it and enter in the judgment book a judgment of the court for the amount confessed, with $45 costs. The clerk of district court shall forward the costs to the department of revenue for deposit in the state general fund.
