Montana Title 27. Civil Liability, Remedies, and Limitations § 27-6-201. Appointment, term, and salary of director

The director of the panel shall be appointed by the executive director of the Montana medical association, subject to the approval of the chief justice of the Montana supreme court. The director shall serve at the pleasure of, and the director's salary shall be set by, the executive director of the Montana medical association, subject to the approval of the chief justice.
