Montana Title 27. Civil Liability, Remedies, and Limitations § 27-32-302. Clerk to certify and file judgment

The clerk of the court shall certify to two copies of a judgment and file one with the department of public health and human services, Helena, and the other with the clerk and recorder of the county in which the judgment was obtained.
