Montana Title 27. Civil Liability, Remedies, and Limitations § 27-28-205. Judgment--unlawful assertion of authority

When a defendant is found guilty of usurping, intruding into, or unlawfully holding or exercising an office, franchise, or privilege, judgment must be rendered that the defendant be ousted and altogether excluded from the office, franchise, or privilege and that the relator recover costs.
