Montana Title 26. Evidence § 26-1-203. Who to judge effect and value of evidence

The jury, subject to the control of the court, is the judge of the effect and value of evidence addressed to it, except when the evidence is declared to be conclusive. The court is the judge of the effect and value of evidence addressed to it.
