Montana Title 26. Evidence § 26-1-704. Fact of payment and amount inadmissible as evidence

The fact of any such voluntary payment or its amount shall not be admissible as evidence on the trial of any action arising out of such occurrence, whether on the issue of liability, the extent of the damage, or otherwise.
