Montana Title 23. Parks, Recreation, Sports, and Gambling § 23-4-305. Deposit of unclaimed money

Each licensee holding a race meet shall, within 30 days of the end of the meet, report to the board the total face value of all unclaimed winning tickets from each parimutuel pool. The money from unclaimed winning tickets must be retained by the licensee for capital improvement approved by the board.
