There is an account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 known as the Montana heritage center operations account. The tax collections allocated in 15-68-820(4)(a) must be deposited in the account. The money in the account may be used only for expenses incurred in the operation and maintenance of the Montana heritage center, which may include the veterans' and pioneer memorial building.
