Montana Title 20. Education § 20-9-442. Entries of payments and notification of school district

The county treasurer shall make the necessary entries of all payments of interest and principal on the treasurer's bond registration record and shall promptly notify the clerk of the school district when the payments are made. The county treasurer also shall deliver the canceled coupons and bonds to the county clerk at the end of each month. The county clerk shall file the canceled coupons and bonds in the clerk's office.
