Montana Title 20. Education § 20-25-232. Income from sale of products--disposition

Any income received from the sale of agricultural products and services by the agricultural experiment station or by any of the agricultural substations shall be deposited in the state treasury and shall be used to defray the costs of operating the station and substations.
