Montana Title 20. Education § 20-20-417. Request for county election administrator to conduct election

(1) By June 1 of each year, the trustees of a district may request the county election administrator to conduct certain school elections during the ensuing school fiscal year. The request must be made by a resolution of the board of trustees.
