Montana Title 20. Education § 20-20-312. Listing of registered electors--late registration

(1) After closing regular registration, the county election administrator shall prepare a list of registered electors for each polling place established by the trustees. The list for each polling place must be prepared in the format of a precinct register book.

(2) An elector may register as provided in 13-2-304 to vote in a school election after the close of regular registration.
