Montana Title 19. Public Retirement Systems § 19-3-1211. Refund when former member dies after transferring to another system

The accumulated contributions of a member who dies after becoming a member of any other system described in 19-3-403(6) and before receiving the member's accumulated contributions must be paid to the designated beneficiary.
