Montana Title 19. Public Retirement Systems § 19-3-1104. Cancellation of disability retirement benefit upon reemployment

A person receiving a disability retirement benefit who becomes an employee is considered reinstated to service from retirement, and the person's disability retirement benefit must be canceled.
